Many Things to Think About....

These 2 weeks had been slightly crazy at work, with preparations for the upcoming Dinner & Dance plus ongoing preparations for our wedding.

September is a busy month too, with these activities lined up:

9/1 (Sat) - BioBiz exhibition @ Biopolis
9/8 (Sat) - Company dinner & dance
9/9 (Sun) - For Dearie & myself to meet my colleagues, J & R for buying flowers for the bridal car. R is also getting married in September.
9/15 (Sat) - Guo Da Li where the traditional bridal gifts will be sent over.
9/21 (Fri) - Our Wedding Mass :)
9/22 (Sat) - Our Wedding Dinner!

Today, I just received news that our project on "Plant-Wide Communication" has been selected for presentation to Corporate in Florida. It is actually good news, as it represents recognition for our team's efforts in improving communication at the workplace.

As there is still some maintenance for the system, will say that it is yet to be stabilized. Personally, I hope that the presentation to be made will be reflective of the current state i.e. we have not perfected the system yet.

The next thing that got me concerned is the dates of presentation. It will be in last week of October this year. Had thought that after the wedding and the honeymoon, I can start to space things out again.. Plus, it will mean that I have to be away. Even though it will be for about a week (after factoring in travelling time), Dearie & I will still be newly married then. I am in a bind, not sure of what is the relevant response.
