Kneecaps

Intended to meet my 2 colleagues to go to work earlier and have breakfast near to the workplace. This morning, managed to reach Choa Chu Kang on time. Last week, I rushed like mad, because was late and needed to reach work place for a teleconference.

As I was walking towards the waiting place, suddenly I fell on my knees while sending an sms to my colleague that I was reaching soon. The people around me looked at me stunned. Was shocked too because it was just a very gentle slope. I got on my feet and realized that my kneecaps were bleeding. Moments later, I felt the pain. This reminded of similar memories in my younger days. As I felt the sharp sting starting, felt weak and a bit helpless because there was nowhere for me to wash up. When I reached the workplace, my colleague, J, helped me to dress up the wounds. I need to be careful and focus on what I am doing especially when walking because am especially clumsy and klutzy.
