Crowded Trains

Had the opportunity to attend external training sessions for 3 days this week. On the journeys from home, the morning trains were jam packed with people. Don't like the feeling of being squeezed in the train like sardines. Hence, all along I have opted to work in ulu areas like industrial areas in the north and west. Though quite unglam areas, I'm glad for either the proximity or being able to avoid taking public transport.

On the way back today, a lady was disturbed at being pushed into the train by eager beaver passengers that she kinda "lashed" out at them. It was a bit of shock for some people. Could however identify with how she felt. There was an incident where I was taking the north bound train and felt extremely suffocated when people still continue to squeeze in @ Braddell station even though the train was very crowded already. Really hope that improvements will be made to frequency of service soon, especially since the nation is gonna swell to a whopping 6.5mill population over time.
