By no means, this post is not meant to sugar coat わたしの社長。 Rather, it is to remind myself of how open conversations can help clear misunderstandings.


A lot of times, we thought that the person we are interacting with, will be able to see our point of view. More often, it is usually the reverse. For me, I think there is a lot for me to learn in terms of not assuming that way. My short-tempered nature flaws the assumption a little more wayward.

To a certain extent, I am still unsure of how I can pick myself from the stuck feelings for my 仕事。 One thing very sure for now, is to take things one step at a time. Still, am glad that am able to hold open conversations with her.
