Have been feeling some pain near the left collarbone area. Decided to ask my colleague, J, for medical advice. After gathering some details, she deduced that it may be muscle spasm. Still, I was advised to go to see the doctor to set my heart @ ease. Even though she is busy, she makes time out to call the company doctor immediately and make arrangements for me to see Doctor H.
On Wednesday morning, I went to take an x-ray first. When I collected the x-ray film after an hour later, the clinic staff said that the doctor will explain to me. At that moment, I thought that things don't seem good. Was scared to hear what the doctor had to say as well. On the way to the clinic, I tried to distract myself with the program showing on the bus' mob tv.
At the clinic, when it was my turn, Doctor H was very detailed and asked me many questions in order to ascertain my condition. She took my blood pressure as well and remarked that it's normal. It was only after a while that she opened the x-ray and the accompanying report. Turns out that everything is alright! And she deduced it to be muscle spasm as well. As she understood that I have a lot on hand now, with many things to look into, she advised me to take things easy and stay relaxed. Her words were very reassuring and I'm so glad that I went to see her. Though it may have caused some undue worry to the people around me, oops *sheepish grin*
