It was quite frustrating having to defer the appointment again yet another time, after deferring once earlier this week already. At one point in time, was really at a loss as to what to do. Luckily, the Customer Service Officer @ HDB and Dearie helped to shed some light as to what to do next.
If it had been disappointing and lots of anxiety for me having to check whether the application for funds went through successfully, I think Dearie was no less disappointed than me in not being able to collect the key. Yet he gave me his support at the same time. I also realized that this could have been avoided if I had put in the application earlier. Hmm, food for thought! Need to also work towards resolving this investment thingie very quickly.
Thank you, God, for helping me to realize what a treasure I have in Dearie during this experience that we are having in the journey to building our family together!
