This was the main meal for yesterday's dinner, cooked by my sister. It was very interesting to be able to help out in the preparation. For one, really can identify with how one rotten egg can spoil the entire show. That aside, also learnt a bit more about how this dish is cooked. Another significance is the name of this dish. To me, it signifies ties with the family too. Salmon was cooked by Dearie.
It was nice to be able share home cooked goodness in this way.
