A Child for Fujiki-San!

Got to know a surprising piece of news while reading the 12/30 issue of My Paper - Fujiki-San had a child in mid December!

Yup, he got married last year in December. After which, I didn't managed to keep up with news about him. Only knew that he acted in a dorama, "Gal Circle", which I had yet to finish watching and he held a series of concerts in later half of 2006. And yes, I would be able to watch his concert DVD soon, once it is out in mid January!

It is rather exciting as his concerts are rather entertaining, at least to me. Though he may not be one of those mainstream singers, he always puts in efforts to surprise his fans. From learning to play new instruments such as harmonica and steel drums (other than his usual guitar and piano) to learning new dance steps (he is one who is better at singing than dancing actually).

A few days ago, I came across my collection of his memorabilia and it brought back interesting memories of how I got to know this unknown but suave Japanese actor who also likes singing. Became a fan of his also because he can play the guitar and that is one of my favourite instruments though I cannot play it :)

Anyway, rather pleasantly surprised to read about him in local media. Still a fan of his, am glad that he is now a father. Think he would be a yasashii papa ne! Omedetou gozaimasu, Fujiki-San!
